I guess one of my problems is, why don't they file if that's what they want, even if it only words. Then like in our case, don't file but also don't say anything and just let it drag. I realize that it is suppose to be a good thing that they haven't, but it can also drive you bonkers not knowing what is going on or going thru the mind of the other.
