how do you know the road leads to "nowhere"?

You're not at the end of it yet.

Sheesh these titles of your threads are makin' me wanna barf.

This was from my last post so I didn't want anything that would make you barf. I figured this one was sage.

I changed the title just for you. Is that better?

I am really mad right now. I was cleaning out some files and came across the file my boss has on all the employees he has had. Talk a bout a picky guy. He criticizes for everything.

I found mine and am not pleased at all with one of the evaluations I got. He has this point system that goes like this:

0 - unsatisfactory, 1 - fair, 2 - good, 3 - excellent

I guess I should be glad I didn't get any 0's or 1's but damn it, I didn't get any 3's either. This was 3 years ago but still it makes me mad. Especially when I read some of them. I got a good in grooming, suitablilty of dress, personal hygiene along with everything from personal traits to business techniques. WTF!!!!! I have never come in here dirty or not dressed for my position. Yes, I have worn jeans a couple times but only when I know I am going to be cleaning the office.

Speaking of cleaning the office, I got a 2 in office housekeeping. That one really pisses me off. I am the only one who cleans it. I clean it up and within 10 minutes, he has crap all over the place again. If I had to score him on that, I would give him a 000000000000!!!!!! His office looks like a cyclone hit it. I am not exaggerating here either. He has messages on his desk and floor from 2 years ago. The last time I cleaned his office for him was 2 years ago and it hasn't been cleaned since. His desk has stuff scattered (not piled) at least 6 inches high. The floor is an obstacle course. You can't walk up there without stepping on something.

I guess this is what I get for looking at stuff I shouldn't have seen. Also, it was from April of 2004. Hopefully, he feels different now. This really irritates me though.

I don't know if these are 2's or -2's on the takes criticism. He wrote sensitive (actually it says sincitive...he can't spell at all). I will be so glad when I can walk into his office (excuse me, stumble) and hand him my 2 weeks notice. It will be the happiest day of my life in a very long time. He doesn't even have my name spelled right at the top of the form. He is such a dildo!!!!!

Sorry for the ranting but I feel a little better now. I won't be cleaning out anymore files for him though. I am going to clean my office and screw the rest of the place. He can do it himself. Only 2 days to deal with him next week and then I go on vacation!!!!! Yippee!!!!!!

Eh, maybe he's one of those guys who just won't give a 3. You're still working for him, so he's obviously not too concerned about your hygiene. ;\)

Sorry about that T2,

By the way I am not allowed to check my yahoo account from work anymore. Got myself in a little bit of trouble.

(At least until I find a way around the security ;))

He only gave me the big ass raise cuz he knew I was going to walk. Compared to what others in the same occupation I have are making, I am still way under the radar!!!!

I bathe daily so I know my hygiene is good, that part of it I am not worried about. He gives 3's, he gave to one of his other secretaries. I think he could walk all over her so she did whatever he asked but I am not like that. For God's sake, I have to do his personal banking and pay his personal bills. I even had to order over the internet his girlfriends Christmas present one year.

I will do my job but I am not going to kiss his ass to get 3's. This job isn't worth it.
