I agree it is total sh!t and needs to be addressed but in the same sense you might end up killing him right now.... ;\)

Putting the kids in the middle of this sh!t because of lies is tatl crap and is uncalled for.

However, I think he is still doing it to piss you off. Not right but my feelings.
