P_S, I still recommend Dr. Amens book on ADD. It will help you get educated while waiting what will seem like a long 3 weeks. Cat is dead on on her advice. He has a lot of work to do, and often they have a long denial stage due to shame and other things (BTDT with my hubby). Also be prepared, it may be some trial and error on meds till get the right formula.
