It is my opinion that such an email would be interpreted as a pursuit email. Remember, she pushed YOU away, if she is interested, she will come after YOU.

I appreciate your thoughts. I thought long and hard about what to write. The purpose of this was to open the door so she feels she can contact me. Otherwise, based on our previous interactions, she would assume there is no desire on my part for any interaction.
I carefully worded it so the focus was on her not on me.
