So I have 30 days to respond to my papers. I don't plan to contest but I wonder if there is anything to gain if I include that my wife refused any couseling. In fact her reason for divorce is "because we have been seperated for a year" Her reason for seperation? Because "things have come about in our marriage" What are the things? I can guess but since she has never spoke to me about these issues I can only guess. I guess I care because if she would just open up, I think she would have to think that divorce is not the answer...but to this point she has not given me the chance.
