How about mentioning that FD told you that he and his W are fighting a lot and see what happens. You could ask him - if the timing is right - if he thinks she might be having A.
In retrospect, I knew my H was. I checked his internet history obssessively b/c I was sure he was having an online A, since he was too busy working (or so I thought!) to have one IRL. All I ever found were porn and comic book sites. Yup - got a winner here!!!
