Well said Jeff. I too was in that situation. No kids, house sold, etc. We worked things out outside of court and made it much easier from an emotional standpoint.

My XW and I are still friends. She even made that same comment before she filed that "the D will bring closure to this R and open a new chapter". It was something that she needed. Although I didn't agree, I felt that I could support her by giving her what she wanted.

Hang in there T! It is not easy but you will get through it. Focus on you and GALing. Don't let the D run your life!
