I don't really see the point of Nop detailing his FOO at all, myself. FOO issues just "are". Some will affect you, obviously, but in the end, you need to accept them. If he was able to overcome a difficult childhood to have a good relationship with his wife, his daughter, and his family/friends, I don't see how discussing them would help them, or him. Nop is here mainly to help others, which is quite generous .. his own sitch seems stable.
If he had the kind of childhood I think he had (I can relate) there wouldn't even be any value in it for other posters, because it is just SO out there that no one who hasn't lived it could relate. It wouldn't be helpful, and could be quite damaging.
