S4 is very cautious and definitely not rough and tumble like many boys. I worry about him getting his azz kicked on the playground.
Yeah, I was always worried about bullying. When my son started K a boy would take his markers and crayons and things. He'd come home complaining but never did anything about it. H and I met his parents at a B-day party...my H got all psyched up for a confrontation with the father, but it turns out, they were the nicest people. My son and their son then became friends.
Now, my son must have learned a thing or two at school because in second grade, we had that same boy over for a playdate, and my son pushes him and says, " That was for K." And they went on from there, lol. They're now in middle school.
