While not everything in your posts applies (a lot does), you've hit on a VERY good strategy for Mrs. Choc. She is definitely a fighter, and fancies herself as teaching her daughters those qualities. This is a tactic that can definitely be used, if I pick my spots.
She showed some of that fighting spirit at our lunch today; at other times, she was more melancholy. But overall it went well. I'm going to report on a new thread.
