Well fortunatly it was just a mistake. He is with a smaller bank and they put hold on your acct after a certain amount. SO the first payment didnt come out because it said there wasnt enough money when actually there was but it was being held adn the bank just never tried again after. So it was an honest mistake thank goodness. I really didnt think he would do something like that but with the alien he is lately ya just never know LOL thanks for all your responses. Heather
