Just b/c you said "ok" yesterday doesn't mean you have to stick to that. Of course he doesn't want to pay for it. If it can be "nice and friendly" and cost him less.....well hey! My H said awhile back that we could use a paralegal or something and keep the cost down (as opposed to 2 L's). At the time I think I agreed. It hasn't been brought back up again (yet), but I've changed my mind. I will not help with a D, I don't want one and this means $$$ b/c once he hires a L, I'll have to so that D's and I are protected.
