Ok SO I did something stupid yesterday. Dh was looking into legal separation and he found that we dont need a lawyer. I told him that the bank said that we did. So I got thinking about this and I figured that since we were gonna have to pay for a lawyer anyway we might as well just get a divorce. So i TM that to him. He TM back OK. Now I feel like a piece of crap. I think that this is really over. If he is so agreeable to divorce. What do you think? He TM back later he was gonna call a lawyer adn see what the options are. Then he TM that he called the bank and they said we didnt need to see a lawyer. So now he is coming tonight to work out a separation agreement. Do any of you have any thoughts on this? Did he say ok to divorce so as not to give me false hope? Did he say ok to divorce because its what he really wants? Did he say ok to divorce because he thinks it what I want? What doy uo think. ANy advice or comments are greatly appreciated Heather
