Medical question, My H's right testicle has been very painful for several months now. He also has a small knot or cyst on it. He has been to the Dr. about it once. They screened him for STD's (all negative) and gave him some antibiotics for epydidmitis. They didn't work. Didn't even begin to work. He goes back this afternoon to try again. He has had a vasectomy and has had these type of problems off and on since then. This time they aren't going away. Any ideas on what this could be and what types of things the Dr. should be looking for. He's scared to death that it's testicular cancer. After doing a bit of research online I think it's most likely a spermatocele. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
