Im 34, look 25, and feel 94. LOL. Divorced Nov 2005. Less time then you. At the accepted rate of return 2months/yr, I return to normal anytime this month now. I will say I was able to stop using negative memories to keep my boundaries in place, a month or so ago. Boy was that a relief. I detest hanging onto the negative. Its like using chromium picolinate to lose weight. It works, but its poison.
So lets not drag this out, get to your point. but tread carefully. I bite.
