Hey you are making those baby steps. You sound better than you have ever. Keep up the good work. I know how hard it is to work with them. My H has come home the last 2 weekends to help with the business and he hasn't done that in a long time. He wasn't to critical either. He spent the night once. Just about the time I think I have had it he changes with the baby steps.
