my own possible MLC ??

i was trying to learn about MLC and came across a post where Snodderly speaks of a friend who was/is in MLC. originally thought that the man's WAS was having the MLC, then found out that he was in MLC himself. I am quite confused in my situation and feel that could be me... i have thought that my WAS was in depression and MLC, the sitch i am in has made me wonder if it is actually me who has been in the MLC and that has driven my WAS away.... is there any way to know for sure if i am actually in MLC or is this a silly question,,,, any input appreciated,

if there is a particular forum you think i should post this question to point me that way....
