It's just good to know I can come here to let it all b/c the few freinds that I have are really of no help and make me feel bad for not doing anything. I tell them if it wasn't b/c I had three little ones , I would be able to just pick up and go. God knows how badly I wish I had the money to just move out.
I was pondering on how to get my H to move out and ASAP! I all of a sudden got a light bulb moment! I called OW cell and left her the message that my H refuses to move out and I want him out. I am willing to give him up w/ papers and all, he won't budge so we should get our heads 2gether to get him to move. I also said you can have him listen to this message I don't care anymore. I want to move on. Wouldn't u know she changed her message and now had her coworker or boss ( I recognize his voice, a geecky kinda voice and name from when I have called her work before) stating their work name and that if u need immediate assistance to call their 1800#!! I then called her work (she use to be the one answering the phone and would state her name in the past). I use to call before when I was checking to see if she was still at work. I recognized her voice and she changed her mane to something funcky???? I asked for her and she said we don't have anyone here by that name!! Is she scared of me???
I hope she comes around and calls me or maybe I will find her house b/c my girls know where she lives. I hate to take them w/ me, but H has already draged them into it and I figured they can go play in the room w/ her daughter while we talk.
I know this is aginst DB'ng, but I am no longer for the marriage.
Maybe you could get a restraining order. But make sure that you really have reason for one, because it would be brought up later in the deposition if it gets that far.

That would be a good one seeing s how I ahev has a restraint on H in the past, now I have no reason for it so that will look bad on me especially if later I decide for him to have supervise visitation rights.
But thanks this makes me think....b/c maybe H will get angry enough to give me a reason!
Chicki, don't call or contact anymore. She may put a restraining order on you. You do not want to give her any ammo. I called the little tyke in my situation and she lied to my H about it. COMPLETELY LIED!!!!!!

You do have a point. I just wanted her to know where I stand and a wanted her to put more of the pressure on him. And at least now I know she didn't go w/ him on his trip!

Isn't something how the OP totally disrespect the LBS by having an affair with their spouse. But it the LBS who is accused of harassment! What is wrong with this picture? The WAS worries about the OP but not his/her LBS or children. Wow, unreal!
