Thanks Jen. Just was over at SD's place.

Today has gone great for me. Went and joined some friends on a 50-mile group bike ride this morning in the gorgeous weather - few things will boost my PMA like that!

Tonight W and I are going out to dinner with D15 for our birthdays (both next week) to a nice seafood restaurant. Yummm! Got W a nice "inspired" present this year - sometimes I come up with good stuff, other years I draw a blank. Pretty sure she will love this one.

Spending all day tomorrow working on my FINAL project for my MBA classes. Yahooo! After Wednesday's presentation, I can coast until graduation (weekend after Memphis). Coolness.

Have a great day, friends! \:\)

Just keeping my thread up to date. \:\)

Our birthday dinner was lots of fun, and W absolutely LOVED her present. She has been traveling a lot lately, and always raves about the terrific comfy beds at some of the nicer hotels. So I got a big, thick "featherbed" pad for our bed, and some amazingly soft, luxurious sheets to go with it. W just sighs with contentment when she lies down now, and has told me several times what a "completely thoughtful" gift it was. He shoots, he scores!

Realized I should have mentioned something about bike riding this weekend. Originally, W and I were going to go riding together. Then she lined up a new FF to go with her, and suggested I go with our other friends on the ride that I wound up doing. Her words were along the lines of "I enjoy spending time with you, but we both also need to get out and do more stuff with other people." I also noticed that she's picked up my use of the phrase "Getting A Life" lately. This is cool, to see some of my DBing stuff really rubbing off on her - and then her keeping me on track too!

This week will be crazy, in a good way. I am cramming for my final project and presentation for my MBA (Wed. night). W is out of town today and tomorrow, then has to work late on Wed. and Thurs. D15 has late band practice every evening - she's in the pit for the school musical, Copacobana. Friday night we go to the play with W's riding friend (whose D is also in the pit) and Saturday we go over to dinner with a couple who we met through music boosters.
