Hmmm... I don't see why that would be bad, but why say anything? I mean, you don't know if he's going to have to come home to plow. Perhaps just act "as if." If he does have to leave, then tell him you want to stay then. Besides, if you put that out there now, he'll think you're okay with him leaving (which I know you're not)...and you will lose your vacation credits for somewhere else... Let him work for you, LL.
