Looking for Help

So what should I actually say to her if she wants to go ahead with selling the house? I currently live at the house and she is staying with a friend. We can't actually get divorced for another 6 or 7 months because we have to be separated for 1 year first. I guess I'm looking for specific things I can say to her this weekend if and when this comes up??
