This week has been a downward spiral and it has been hard work to keep a PMA but it is getting a little easier . I am thankful for my good friends in this regard. It is through spending time with them that I have been able to laugh and take time out.

The positive steps from my WAS from last week seem to have come to a standstill and our supposed 'dating' does not seem to be happening. He is not initiating contact so I am guessing it is best to let him be and go dark for a bit. He has definitely back-tracked.It is SOOOOOOOOOO confusing deciding when to contact or leave'em be .
But right now since he seems to have gone down into his tunnel again there does not seem much I can do.
Any suggestions ??
