well, in a nutshell, been back with my wife for a year and a half, going to part ways next month, we get along great. I just demand more from a wife, like no lying, cheating, you know, silly things like that.
I figure I gave my wife and kids the first 42 years, I want to see what is out there. I'm not talking women, right now I have no interest, but I want to travel and see things. I've been stuck in Denver for my whole life. kinda sick of it.
kids are all on their own and doing good. so nothing to hold me from wandering the earth for a while.

I understand those "silly things" some of us guys demand. Personally, I agree with you; I would rather be single than married in a situation like you mentioned.
I also understand your desire to travel. I would like to get around to doing that someday.
As for the women part, I believe things will happen when they happen. In my case, it just happened. I did not think I would find a gal I clicked with so quickly. The tough part is slowing things down before they go too far. I just do not think it is right to have a sexual relationship outside of marriage.
