I've been too busy venting here and almost forgot to report a little positive thing that has been happening. H has been turning off his cell phone when he's at home. Even if it means absolutely nothing at least I don't have to cringe every time it goes off!
My W did the same thing with her music.....she knows it upsets me, and she simply closes the door (plays it when she showers) but it reminds me so much of the A and those dark months that she says "never happened". I was so upset with that (anger, betrayal) that I didn't care who I told when it was going on. But when she found out I was "investigating", she put on her lying face.....
Anyways, I'm just glad she is cutting back on that - I still cringe too when I hear it, and if it bothers me a lot (certain songs do) I will leave the house until she is done "reminiscing" her past......I know they have to go through it (it says so in the resources section), and all we can do is try to wait them out. I just hope I can last a few years through this and get a good 30 years in our marriage - I think its a good investment.
Right now I just want her to focus on "us" again. So I am not piecing, but I thought I was for a while.
