The more you try to break them apart the more they will be attracted to each other.

Think of Romeo and Juliet. Did parental/family/societal pressure pull them apart? It only drove them together.

They will find time to meet even if they don't work together.

I also don't think they are having only an EA. Only she will stop it. You can't.

And by the way, the affair is only a symptom.
