Well tomorrow we go through the four finalist and my realtor said and then we write an offer!

So wow, this is a big scary moment. Deciding where I want to live and making this financial commitment and hoping I don't have problems. No safety net of any kind!!!

If anyone isn't tired of looking at houses here is the search link and numbers of the four.

I think my realtor is tired. She said we have been through 26 houses, that ought to be enough for someone to decide!

She must not have remembered David and I too well from before!

Hey pam - you have a big safety net - your own self worth and confidence.

I bet they won't take that for a house payment!

I am sort of leaning towards the newer home, but it is the furtherest from my work and a couple of the others have awesome back yards.

Pam - I like #1 & #3 - but I would go with #3. Can't go wrong with all brick.

Good luck - its a huge step but worth it!

Very interesting getting to peek into some American homes. They look fairly varied from the outside, but are surprisingly similar on the inside. The ceilings are quite low, and people really go for fussy furnishings in a big way, huh?

Sorry I can't give you my opinion, I would really need to be in the houses to get a feel for their aspect!

Hi Missy,

I like the fact that the one is all brick and just sort of feel it is easier if you have to work on it to work on newer homes.

But some of the trees in the yards of a couple of the others are great and the one has a great room for the shelties.

So going to take more time and go back through those four in the morning.

Hi Livnlearn,

None of these homes have the vaulted ceilings that I like but probably easier to heat because of it.

No fussy furnishings in my house!!! But some of them I have been through have an awful lot of stuff in them.

David is at our house again today. This is his off Friday and I wondered if he would go to the house.

He has now been there twice this week and then last Friday as well. Lots of time there lately!

He is working on my computer when he called earlier. Sort of would maybe have been nice if he had at least let me KNOW he was going to work on my computer but it did need worked on so I am just focusing on droping the rope.

We got a letter in the mail yesterday about deliquent taxes. I don't think they were but David has the records so I left him vm last night on cell and work phone.

When he called me from the house he had already called the treasurer and got info on taxes! What happened to the Procrastinator!!!

Ok, while on the phone with David when he called me about taxes I specifically asked him to potty the shelties.

He was gone when I got home and the shelties hadn't been out because Breeze still had dog food down that the others hadn't cleaned up.

You love walking into the kids room to smell someone has had an accident in their crate. Because then both the dog and crate have to be cleaned up!

I believe I am not being unreasonable in sitting the boundary if he is here when I'm not he has to walk the kids even if he locks them right back up.

He woke them in the middle of the day and left them up there fretting and didn't let them go out.
