Thanks Ms Lucy,
I've emailed the BBC link to my LDW. She won't thank me for it but hey, it's the BBC so it can't be that bad.

Thanks for the replies... I hope everyone is finding the sites fun and informative!! Just FYI, I also listed several books on a post in another thread here in this forum (I've copied the llist below) - they aren't exactly about LD/HD issues, but are about the joys of love and sexuality. I suggested them on the concept that surrounding yourself with positive aspects on sexuality will create a positive attitude within yourself and maybe your partner..... also, the books can teach you so much on different approaches to sex, what's out there in the great big world of sexuality issues, and how much there is to explore, to try out, and to experience with each other!! Even the book on Erotica is great for reading out loud to your lover, and to open up discussions about how you each feel about the stories - do they turn you on? Frighten you? Bring about fantasies that you had deep down inside??? Talking about sex, sensuality, yourselves, your experiences, your reactions to what you see, hear, and feel, and what your partner experiences can be a constant interwoven part of your lives... if you work and are conscious of making it so. Sex isn't only about penetration and orgasm, it's about creating an environment within yourselves and your lives to experience and share yourself with your partner in many deeply intimate ways... it's about facing your fears and your fantasies, about letting yourself go, and allowing yourself to trust the other fully, and about taking the trust of the other fully too. It's about living life with all of your senses on HIGH - smelling, tasting, touching, hearing, seeing, feeling with your skin and with your heart. Take your partner by the hand, lead them to a private space, give them your time, your attention, surround them with love, with words and actions that give voice to what's in your soul.... how beautiful they are, how exquisite their body is - name the parts! - run your fingers over them! Tell your lover how their kisses make you feel - like when you were 10 and you snuck a kiss from the neighbor boy and your heart was beating so fast! or when you first take a bite from a soft peach that's warm from the sunlight and you let the juices flow around your lips.... relish your partner, adore them and the temple which is their body.... let them respond to you, let them come forward, and let them retreat, let them be there with you, and let them float on the sensations you are creating for them....

Sex is so much more than a simple act - it is life, it is love of yourself and acceptance of another, it is energy, and it can show you the heaven that God gave us with each other....

Read, educate yourselves, share it all with your lover, enjoy the journey .....

always,
lucy
