It has been to court regarding the kids... The judge believed WW lies...
The kids are to be with me for 3 school nights one week and 2 school nights the next. We don't get any weekends together. None. We have to wait about 10 years until they are both adults until we can have a weekend together.
This is despite one of our two children opting to live with me.
The kids are not allowed to spend more than 4 nights on holiday with me... despite the fact they have just spent 6 nights on holiday with me and had a great time.
I'm sorry to hear about this. Sorry, I'm not familiar with your sitch. Was this a final order handed down by the Judge after a trial? Sounds like it.
Check with your legal team as to availability and prospects of appealing the decision. YOu'll no doubt have a time limit to do this, so get onto it asap.
