Been to DO's sports day this morning and it was lovely, 2 silvers to add to the bag she did so well but we'll have the fight tonight as uber competitive S will be winding her up as he got more.
Today I feel sad. Sad that he missed that, sad that he missed S yesterday. I've just transferred his money and feel sad that that is more important to him than his children. He hasn't let me know if he will be contributing anything to food for the kids but that's fine they won't starve and he'll have to live with that. This afternoon I am picking DO up from school with my friends S and going back to her house whilst my S is at football. Once he's back at 5, quick dinner for him then off to cricket practice at 5.30pm, I think we'll all go over and watch and then the weekend is ours.

Go to the top of the screen and there is a new topic box on the left hand side. Click on it and then you will open the window to create a new subject as well as a posting. It's the same way that you created this thread.

He's checked into a barracks in a beautiful city saying 'course on a Friday' and she has commented with a comment and a wink and I was doing so well now I'm just a mess. Unfollow or unfriend him so you dont have to see those posts. You are only hurting yourself by seeing it.

What difference does it make where they are.
Like I said, just unfriend or unfollow or whatever so you dont have to see. I imagine that he will check in to restaurants or other places all weekend and theres no point in you getting worked up about it.
Thanks Kaizen, I did exactly that before I read you're post and although I'm angry and hurt I am not going to let his A define my weekend. I am going to carry on as I had already planned and fill my weekend full of fun and happy times with my friends and my kids. He's embarrassing himself and I know my MIL will be on the phone later or over the weekend when she's seen FB asking me if it's her and I will tell her yes but Mum we don't need to give it the credit of talking about it let's talk about the kids and what we are doing. New bike for my S tomorrow as he needs one and he's got some money in the bank and I will put to as a treat for such a great Sports day achievement and my Mum and my MIL will no doubt give me something for both of them. If the weather picks up tomorrow we might even have a day out at the coast. I'm a strong intelligent woman and I deserve better than this :-)

Why oh why are friends telling me what he and she are posting on FB (we have over 70 mutual friends on there). This is awful and I need to stop trying to second guess everything and get on with my weekend. I'll be OK I know just finding it really hard right now.

What difference does what they are doing make? Say they have sex none, once, twice, or a hundred times. Say they go out on moonlit boat rides or through a haunted house or to the movies. Doesnt matter. There isnt really anything of his to second guess or any signs to read.
Just say I appreciate your concern and Im not intrested to receive any more updates and carry on with your life.
