I have spent so much time worrying about what would happen if she ends up permanently in our lives. As time goes on I worry less as I see that my kids and I are each other's lifelines. He left us, and they are still thriving with just me...for now... but they hate the idea of her.
This was a fascinating post I found yesterday, and has comforted me in a twisted way.
