Bonjour Ma Cheri! I'm so excited to see your name! I was just sitting here thinking; what is my Rouky up to? I bet she is wearing something that is smoking hot and is driving the boys crazy. I hope that soon you can see yourself as the treasure that you are.
The weather? Terrible! The forecast for later in the week looks very promising however. Mid seventies (not sure what that is in Celsius) and sunny. I am very excited for that to happen but then again that means I have to get my yard mowed. I need to keep it looking decent around here in case you ever come to see it! If you ever do come you are going to see a boy with a rocking hard body. My workouts are so productive these days. I checked my measurements and my biceps are almost two inches bigger than they were nine months ago and my thighs are three inches bigger. Of course it translates to more strength and stamina and I could not be more pumped about it. How about you Rouky are you able to get any exercise? I know things are tight for you financially but maybe you are getting out a walking or riding a bike? I'm sure everyone would love to see your pretty face outside and in the daylight! It's not a case of if but more when I 'll come to the State. I'm planning to take my kids to Disney world in a couple of years but there are so many places I want to see:New York, San Fransico, Baton Rouge, Miami, Las Vegas & much more so I know it'll take me more than one trip :-). I'm so glad to hear your post because they are about you, not your W anymore. You have grown so much and I see you as my role model to get through this. How is your son doing? Any meeting with some nice lady lately :-).

I'm sorry Rouky. I haven't checked on you in a couple of days. I never stop thinking of you though. I am doing great and I feel fantastic. I am seeing things very clearly now and the farther I get from STBXW the happier I get. I hope that you can get to this point as well and will realize that your husband having an affair has absolutely nothing to do with you. You could not have kept him from straying if you had hung the moon. He like my wife and so many others on this site had something wrong in their head and didn't have the same morals that we have. The world has changed so much in the sixteen years that I was involved with my wife and it is pretty exciting. There are tons of really good people out there and it has never been so easy to connect with them.
While I still have many tough moments/days I am very thankful that she is now in my rear view mirror. You will find this too that the healthier you get the crazier everyone else will seem. At this point I have a little pity for my ex as she is lost in a fog and will probably never escape it. There are severe mental health issues in here family including spectrum disorder and she probably cannot help that she does not have empathy or an ability to connect emotionally to others. At any rate it is someone else's problem now. My son is doing so much better and now sleeps in his own bed. I am certain that he needed to see me physically recovering from my cancer. He still worries about me but seems to feel much better about it.
I love you Rouky and I thank God that he sent you to me during this and I promise that I will never abandon you. Until the day that we share a glass and you get to try my homemade Maple syrup I will be here praying for you and hoping that you can find peace. Take care of yourself girl! Mark

Hello Rouky! Nice of you to check in. Doing OK here. Still arguing about finances with ex. The law is so illogical that who knows how it will all end up. She is trying some bullying tactics at the moment and I am meeting with my attorney next week. It is a very stressful time and I am rarely able to relax right now. I guess it is all out of my hands so I am trying to accept it. I'm glad you checked on me and I hope you stay in touch!

Sorry to hear about the financial side of it all. Isn't it funny that not only do they destroy a family but they also want to take us to the cleaners! Oh well, maybe one day Karma will get back to them! I understand that it is very stressful but you are a strong, intelligent, educated man who has the knowledge on how to deal with such situation. I honestly can say that if there wasn't such a distance I'd gladly share a drink with you. I don't know how I would do without you checking on me and encouraging me. You are my rock.
