I started meditating again and feel better already. Smoking is a bare minimum when I am with the girls, if at all, and they have never seen me, i wait until everyone is asleep if i even do. Every other week is another story though. But i WILL give it away completely. I had quit for 13 years until this happened and then someone offered me one...... DOH!
It's easy to get worked up, especially when you are doing it yourself! you know exactly which buttons to press.
re: do people really change that much? IDK, it would seem that way over here as well. I have accepted it and even now realise that I dont want to be with this new person. even if she did backtrack and show remorse there is a bunch of really important things which previously I let slide, or just didn't see because I was in love with her. That isn't the case anymore, so I can't see R happening ever.
I will look into chatting. that would be nice. I will try the PeronalMessage option in the first instance. but I have heard before that it doesn't work here. thanks for letting me rant
