Hang in there bud and do what these folks are telling you. Remeber, it does not feel natural. If it does then your probably doing it wrong.

It was a rough weekend. You guys/gals are right.

But, it just hurts so bad. And I'm so confused. And scared. And hurt. And angry. And sad.

I'll try to post again soon. Thank you so much to all of you that took the time to respond. I sincerely appreciate it.

Those are normal and expected feelings for what your going through. Keep going on the path and things get better. The pain gets easier to manage over time.
