Great thread. It took me awhile to start listening to music again and I agree its a great recovery tool. While I still like a lot of my old favorites, Im finding some new flavors of music which seem to have so much meaning to me.

Music heals the soul. It really does. I play Pandora on the 90's channel and let it rip. It helps when I start to "think."
