My very favorite day of the year is tomorrow! I love the chocolate, flowers, hearts, etc. This year, I'll be buying myself all of the above and that's fine....
Have a wonderful Valentine's Day everyone!

Well, I've already wished myself a Happy Valentine's Day on Facebook. I'm so sweet to myself!

Happy Valentine's Day!

I bought my boys cards and Duck Dynasty heart shaped boxes of chocolates. I bought myself a little box of chocolates too but I ate them at 10pm on the 13th in the garage because there was something good on the radio, oh well.

I think especially now, it's about the love you give. It'll come back in due time. Give it freely!

I love this message board and all you folks who've helped me so much, sending hugs to all of you.

Happy Valentine's Day to all! Mother Nature gave me 14 inches of snow yesterday and a cold night with no power. Tonight she's bringing an additional 1 to 3 inches of the white stuff so I'm feeling extra special. Being the hopeless (or should I say helpless grin) romantic that I am, Valentine's Day is actually one of my more favorite holidays as well GG.

Wow, no power? Poor you. I'm curious where in nova you are; we should get together sometime with whoever else is in this area.

We have power but my kids have pretty much forgotten anything they knew in school, they've missed so much. ANOTHER snow day. I feel like if I were a really good mom I'd start a snow day home school.

Happy VD to everyone too!

I've never been a fan of it, but will get in the festive spirit of celebrating my friends tonight. My table looks fricking awesome. I'll post some photos on FB later on.

Hope my friends in VA here are ready for the next storm. I'm starting to get the feeling that my D19 and her BF (whose 20th bday is today as well) have a slim chance to none in flying back to Albany on Sunday for their ride back to school. We're probably going to have to come up with *another* plan B. This is getting really old. Meanwhile, D16 and I are going to enjoy a weekend of stellar weather. It's supposed to be 60 here today, 64 tomorrow and 65 on Sunday. Yippee!

Hey AD - My neighborhood, in fact my street in particular, is notorious for losing power. Lots of trees which do not mix well with the power lines! frown My power was out overnight, but fortunately came back on this morning - yay! My kids go to Fairfax county schools and they've had so many snow days that they should just simply cancel the rest of the school year and start over again next year!

I'm in the eastern Fairfax area near the Mantua area. Where in the Commonwealth are you located? Would be great to get together. Underdog has family in their area and slides into town occasionally as well.
