My WH has been in an affair for over a year, we are separated, every time I let go he wants to try again. For the past 6 months we have not seen each other and only spoke a couple of times. He filed for divorce at the insistence of the POSOW. I am not signing and hoping it will drop, he made a show of it but now lets see if he follows through.. anyway... the other night I asked him if he would read something with a completely open mind and not because he had to - was going to send him wayward fog information so he can see himself in this denial - and he responded. I am used to getting silence now that they live together but he said he would read whatever I sent. I asked where to send it and got no reply. So I dropped it. No contact since. As far as I know he is also not pressing through the divorce. But I am not sure where we are, it seems so completely over to me. Do people come back from this far gone? Can anyone help me figure out a plan at this point? I don't want a divorce, i fully believe we can restore our marriage.

I can answer any question that will help determine what plan if any I should go with now. He has always been on the fence but is now so deep in his fog he is lying about his feelngs and saying "always" and "never" where before he was saying "sometimes" and there was hope... The POSOW is a basketcase, lies, cheats, talks about me behind my back, has even tried to get me to answer the door (I will NOT let her suck me in to her crazy world, I have enough with WH)... I am letting him go, no other choice really.. but can this be saved? Am I turning my back too soon and giving up?
