I kinda screwed up, but I just started ADHD meds for the first time in 18 years and am super calm. Tonight I'm taking myself out on the date, staying in a fancy hotel in Hollywood and going to a nightclub. Not to hook up, but just to get hit on.
I've been asked to leave the house for now and am respecting my wife's wishes because I had an angry outburst last Sunday but have been fine ever since.
