We're currently going thru the divorce process. It's been a long sordid story. Feel free to read thru some of my old posts for background. Anyway, typically I call over there to talk to the kids briefly when she has them on her nights, but lately she's not taking my calls when I call there. Unfortunately, the kids are too young to have their own phones so it has to go thru her.

Any advice? We wrote up a parenting plan that requires the other to facilitate communications with the kids at any time, but because the divorce isn't yet final, I'm not sure the agreement is enforceable.
