I dont really know enough about your sich to give you advice but my guess is no dont give it to her.
My wife wanted to go to counseling to validate her decision to divorce. So she could check off that square. She tried and I must be the one that was wrong because counseling failed. You are having expectations and that is usually not a good idea.
Just because you are going to counseling does not in itself mean anything.
She's a WAS, but she wanted to go to counseling? I'm curious what her intent was, did she express interest in saving the M?

Just keep in mind that if you were cold and distant in the M, then going dark/ NC can be perceived as "more of the same". If you're NC for your own personal health and growth then that's fine, but if it's an effort to save the M then make very sure it's not "more of the same" behavior.
