Feel like I'm losing it today

Hey all. I am home today with our 5 year old son and I feel like I am going out of my mind. He seems like he is so happy unaware of the turmoil going on around him or how bad things might get in the very near future. He has a habit if saying things out of the blue like, "I love my family" or "I'm going to live with you and mommy forever"

My DR book didn't come in yesterday as expected. But from what I've read on here, I will need to go into LRT ASAP when it comes in.
