Good morning everybody!

Quote from my calendar today:
Quote:

The highest reward for one's toil is not what one gets for it, but what one becomes by it.
-John Ruskin

Pretty true for us DBers, eh?
Well, I'm off for a training hike this a.m.
See you all later.

Nice quote Ellie

How does this one fit into the bargain you got on the snowboard?

Hi Ellie,

You sound great. I just read the summary on the begining of this thread. I didn't realise you had been so sick, glad your OK now.

You have given me advice a few times and I've blown it a few times but I actually think I'm getting the hang of this now and want to try a slightly different angle. If you've got time could you give me some advice as to whether what I am thinking of doing is right.

Thanks

Ellie,

Thanks for stopping by I really appreciate it. I promise I will not let you (or myself) down this time.

Your H is a very lucky man and I'm so pleased for you that he realised it (with a little push in the right direction from you). I really hope you didn't mind me asking for your help, you must have got pretty frustrated with me not so long ago.

Thank you again it means a lot.

Hi and a smile for K-L-("Legs")-M --
thinking of you being in training is
motivating me to get more exercise, period.
Which is very cool -- it's ok to be skinny
but a drag to be flabby AND skinny.

I worked in the garden in honor of Earth Day
and it feels like I swam the English Channel
-- who knew you'd get a workout, pulling weeds?

Happier today, minding my own business,
getting used to living alone.

Thinking of you, just a hello and
hope all is well with you,

Bridget
