Guys, I do not want a divorce but my spouse had file a divorce and I am receiving her paper today.
I am still in love with her and we have a 1 year old boy. I am hoping that one day we can reconcile but I believe I will not be able to convience her anytime sooner.
My only hope now is to convience her that we should go for a separation first and during this few years, I will make changes and hope she can come back.
The problem is, what can i say to convience her to go for separation instead of Divorce?
Sorry I don't know the laws where you live. But divorce = space, you must give her the space that she is looking for.
You got good adice on the above thread. My suggestion is to give her what she wants but fight like heck for visitation with your son. You must be the BEST dad possible.
Have you ever tried to hold on to a wet bar of soap. The harder you squeeze the more it slips away. You must let her go and maybe she will find love in her heart again sometime later.
