My husband has been cold and distant for about 4 months. The last 2 have been worse. He acts tormented about our relationship but almost every week tells me he needs to get out. We went to one counseling session but he didn't call for a next appt until this week. He says therapy may just be for him to deal with feelings he is having versus working on our marriage.
Today, I checked his text records and discovered hundreds of texts to a mysterious number. Texts before bed, first thing in the morning. I paid to get the name and it ips a woman in the city where he travels for work almost very week. I confronted him and he was very quiet. He claims they have not had sex but I don't know what to believe.
I have told him I will work on the relationship but not if he will not commit to being only with me during the process. We are talking again soon ANSI am afraid he will say he is completely done.
I have three girls-10,8, and 4. He doesn't seem to understand what this will do to our family.
Any advice?
