Wow people! I thought it was just me feeling that way. It was a really sad weekend. I was busy doing a 180 all weekend (bathroom update long overdue) and cried most of the time. Was looking for something to bring me up. I found it here!
I love the fall weather. We don't have much of it here in SoCal. Palm trees don't change color.
I always found it interesting that God made both fall and spring beautiful (although it's totally debatable which is MORE beautiful). I always thought he did that so we could see not only the beauty in life (spring) but the beauty in it's death (fall).
Parts of the old JB had to die. Parts of your m had to die.. so God could create a better, more loving, JB. Some times it's hard to see or accept, but know that in the end.. God is just making you beautiful. He is shaping you into the man he wanted you to be all along.
Something to think about the next time you see a leaf fall to the ground.

Yes it was. Saturday, Sunday and Monday. The 180 bath project 8 years old started right before my youngest was born. Live in old house with one bath. Hard to work on it with 5 people requiring it's services. It's looking much better now though and repaird stove burner and dishwasher. Both working now. I say I did this all for me but....

Man, another grey, overcast, windy day with temperatures in the 60s. All the responses I received from you all helped lift me out of that funk I was in, so I am doing better today. So - thank you very much everyone.
Had some interaction with my W today. She came to pick up my S after work. She has him tonight. I would say I was decently upbeat and positive today, but it wasn't like I had swallowed a whole bottle of happy pills or anything. She kept yawning - she was kind of tired.
There was NO mention of the Lowe's parking lot thing today. Not even body language saying that something was up. Not trying to read too much into it, but I think it may have just been that she left her car in the parking lot, and the van was completely unrelated. OK - time to stop thinking about it.
She did remind me of the retreat she's going to at the end of the month. I offered to go in her place She reminded me it was a Ladies' Retreat. I jokingly said something like, "That'd be OK with me!". Not much of a reaction from her, just a small chuckle.
My Relationships group at church tonight was cancelled. I think I may just go get a movie from RedBox tonight to GAL. It just sounds good.
