Hahahaha 25! No, no sex change. I'm still around. Have been taking a break from the board. Short update...
I'm still married, but separated. W started contacting me at the beginning of September telling me things like she missed me, loved me, and was thinking of me. I did not ignore her, but I did not initiate contact with her. Been keeping it that way for the most part. Contact has increased though.
While that has been going on, my law firm fell apart. Big problems between my partner and I. Negotiating that, and starting a new law firm, has kept my attention and kept me pretty busy.
I will come back to update more thoroughly at some point.

Still around. Hanging out with my W quite a bit lately. Went to dinner with her tonight and have plans for the weekend. Supposedly, things bw she and OM are over, although I don't ask about it or our R right now. One major positive sign that things are better is that she no longer treat me with, or talks to me with, the anger that she did from February through July. She is genuinely respectful to me and seems to enjoy being with me. She has even asked me to do quite a few things lately... even asked me to meet her at a party that she was at late one night.
She has asked me that things go "very slowly" between us. I have agreed.
All I've asked of her is for 3 things:
1) Honesty... including no omissions of truth 2) No OM in her life as long as I am 3) For her to care about my feelings
Told her that I would give her the same.
It has been exactly 1 year since the initial bomb that she was done with our M. She moved out 23 days later.
So... 1 year down and still no D. A lot has happened since. I've learned a ton and feel that I am a better person regardless of how things turn out. However, I still have a lot of hope that my M can be saved.
Still lacking time to really update here. Hope everyone is well.
