Yesterday was D12s bday. W picked her up and took her to dinner then shopping for clothing. I gave D12 $20 before she left and told her buy something for herself. She was with W for a few hours and had a good time. I was out front when they got back. D12 got out of the car and W drove away. I was on the phone at the time and gave a pleasant wave as she left. I really had no desire to speak to her and I don't really want to see her. Later W sends me a text thanking me for letting her take D out. It's odd that she feels the need to thank me for seeing her own D when i have told her many times that she can see the kids whenever she wants. I didn't reply to her text, i seldom do.

First day of school today. D12 will continue at her old school and S14 started 10th grade in a new school in walking distance of our new home. Both kids had a good day and are happy with the new situation. W sent me and angry text this evening because I didn't send her a bunch of back to school pictures of the kids. She is feeling left out. This from the woman who has seen her kids 3 times in the last month. I think she wants the photos to post on her Fb page so she can maintain her mom of the year profile status for people who believe her bs.
