What if the person that left you knows about DB?

Hi there,

I'm currently LR with my wife. She dropped the bomb one week ago, saying that there's nothing in her for me and to have no hope. I left.

I suspect that my wife knows about the DB techniques because she was a regular participant in other similar online forums (eNotAlone, etc.).

What happens in this situations? Is it still effective? Should I change my approach?

I think you're fine to stick with DBing. DBing isn't just a bunch of tricks. You can make lasting changes that are for you as much as your W.

Your W may or may not discount your efforts, but remember this is just as much for you as for the R. Good luck!
