As most of us on here we love our spouses more than anything in the world and in my case took it for granted.
I have been doing LRT for I feel to long without any kind of response.
I know most of you still have some kind of "contact and hope".
I would really like to call a db coach but like lots of people in this economy, money is very scarce.
What do ya think a phone session could accomplish at this point? I mean the ball is in her court and as prideful and stubborn as the W is, I think I might be spending money I DON'T have.
I don't think anyone can really answer that for you. I have not heard anyone say they were unhappy with their sessions, I know I have learned a lot from mine. But everyone is in a different financial situation, so I can understand the hesitation.
I will say this, I think you can learn a TON from this forum and the book alone. Keep posting, posting, posting. The more you post the more responses you will get. Make sure you are also reading and replying to others. This will give you a ton of information even if you decide the coaching sessions are not for you.

In my case phone sessions have helped accomplish several of the short term goals I set for myself and my sitch. The anger and hatred from my S has been dialed down. The rush to D has slowed giving time for me to deal with the drama and chaos.
We have to set achievable short term goals and adjust our plans accordingly. I’d be lying if I said my ultimate goal wasn’t to establish a new R with my spouse, but that goal is over the ridge and across three rivers. I’ve begun, but I am also still equipping myself for the journey. The phone sessions are part of that.
As country said post, post and post again, read and absorb as much as possible especially when there is little activity in your thread.
