you have an interesting sitch. you're 30. you have a 12 yr old son. so you were a young father at 18. together for 14 yrs which means you were with your wife since you were 16. is that legal?
It's a long story to read...I have a post titled my story. As to the legality, it's never been an issue. Once my parents were informed and approved of the relationship it didn't seem to matter to anyone. Age has never really been a problem for us.
